Terms & Conditions
1. Service Inclusion & Rates

All quotes automatically include the services of a professional driver/tour guide.

Airport pick-ups from Auckland or Christchurch before 12:00 PM are charged as one full day. Pick-ups after 12:00 PM are charged as a half day. (Note: Transfers to accommodations located up to 150 km from Auckland or 220 km from Christchurch will be billed as one full day).

Queenstown Airport Pick-up: Pick-ups before 12:00 PM are charged as 1.5 days plus one night of driver’s accommodation. Pick-ups after 12:00 PM are charged as 1 day.

Queenstown Airport Drop-off: Drop-offs before 12:00 PM are charged as 1 day. Drop-offs between 12:00 PM and 15:00 PM are charged as 1.5 days. Drop-offs after 15:00 PM are charged as 1.5 days plus an additional night of driver’s accommodation
2. Driver & Mileage Limits

The standard working hours for the driver/tour guide are 10 hours per day.

The maximum daily mileage limit is 400 km on the South Island and 300 km on the North Island. Any overtime or excess mileage will be calculated and charged separately.

Queenstown driver accommodation/dormitory fee is $120.00 NZD per night (where applicable).
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 10 working days of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total quoted cost.

No refunds or rebookings are permitted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
4. Taxes & Authority

All stated prices are exclusive of GST.
